Cancellation & Change Policies

General Policy

All airline tickets, fares, and travel-related services are subject to the individual rules, restrictions, and conditions set by the respective airline or travel service provider. Flyfusiontrip acts as an independent travel assistance platform and follows supplier policies applicable to refunds, exchanges, and future travel credits.

Any post-booking service fees charged by Flyfusiontrip are separate from airline penalties and are generally non-refundable. These fees may change without prior notice and are applied in addition to any charges imposed by airlines or suppliers.

Only the final total amount displayed at checkout is charged to your payment method. Taxes, government fees, and surcharges are included in the final price shown at the time of payment confirmation.

Refunds and Cancellations

Most airline tickets, vacation packages, and service-related fees become non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of booking, subject to airline fare rules.

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted by email to info@flyfusiontrip.com.

Refund requests may be reviewed only if all of the following conditions are met:

• A formal cancellation or refund request has been submitted.
• The fare rules of the airline or supplier allow a refund or change.
• All applicable terms and conditions of the airline or supplier are satisfied.
• The passenger is not considered a “no-show,” as most no-show tickets are not eligible for refunds.
• The airline or supplier approves the refund or waiver request.

Flyfusiontrip will coordinate with the airline or supplier on your behalf to submit the required requests. Final approval or denial is determined solely by the airline or service provider.

Please note that original booking service fees are non-refundable, even if a refund is approved by the airline.

Processing Time & Fees

• Airlines and suppliers may apply their own administrative or cancellation penalties.
• Approved refunds may take up to 60 days to appear on your original form of payment.
• Flyfusiontrip may charge a non-refundable post-booking service fee per passenger.
• All fees, if applicable, are charged per ticket and per traveler.

Refund-related fees apply only if a refund or waiver is authorized by the airline or service provider.

Important Notes

• Once issued, tickets are governed by airline fare rules and may be non-changeable or non-refundable.
• Airline-imposed restrictions cannot be overridden.
• Refund eligibility and timelines depend entirely on supplier approval.
• Taxes and government charges are calculated per passenger and included in the total fare.
