Why Verification May Be Required

Due to increasing incidents of fraudulent activity within the travel industry, our internal verification team may occasionally request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of a payment before finalizing a booking.

Additional verification may be requested in situations such as:

• The cardholder is not one of the traveling passengers (third-party payment).
• The booking involves destinations associated with higher fraud risk.
• The billing address of the payment method is outside the United States.
• The booking is made close to the scheduled departure date.

These verification steps allow us to reduce fraud risk and help ensure that transactions are authorized and valid.

Documents That May Be Requested

If verification is required, our team may ask you to provide one or more of the following:

• A completed Payment Authorization Form (shared by our support team).
• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
• A clear image of the front and back of the payment card used.

For added security, you may mask the first twelve digits of your card number before submitting the document.

Data Protection & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal or financial information shared during the verification process is handled with strict confidentiality and is used solely for transaction validation purposes.

Once verification is completed, submitted documents are securely removed from our systems in accordance with our internal data protection practices.

We do not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties. Information is disclosed only when necessary to complete a booking or comply with applicable regulations.
